Root canals offer an effective solution for saving natural teeth by addressing infections deep within, preserving tooth structure and supporting proper bite alignment. This procedure involves removing damaged tissue from inside the tooth while leaving the outer structure intact using advanced tools like digital radiography and CBCT imaging. Unlike extractions, root canal therapy maintains bone density, prevents gum recession, and supports overall oral health, making it a preferred option for long-term dental wellness.
